Production time: 5-7 business days. All of our doona covers are custom-made-to-order so the production time will be a little bit longer than usual. Please be patient.
Delivery time (not including production time):
- Standard: 10-20 days. Free shipping for all orders over $100.
- Express: 5-10 days. Shipping rates are determined at checkout based on the details of the order. Expedited delivery methods are not available for PO Boxes. This option may not be available depending on the shipping address.
Tracking number will be provided once available and will be automatically sent to you via the email provided in your order.

Orders print and ship Monday-Saturday.

Production Times:

Processing Time: 3 – 5 working days average after payment and all designs updated correctly
Shipping Time: 5 – 10 working days average (US)
For All-Over-Print products (3D products) the production time and shipping time will be longer, about 2-4 weeks.
